Our classes divide into 2 categories: classes that teach particular techniques; and classes that focus on specific ingredients or cuisines.
In the techniques section: our Foundation Barbecue Class is an ideal introductory, confidence-building class for people who are new to cooking with fire; Grillmaster Barbecue Class is all about direct grilling; the Low and Slow Class looks at smoke, ribs, more ribs and other delights; and the Kamado Masterclass is for people who have, or are considering getting, a ceramic barbecue.
When it comes to particular ingredients and cuisines: the Texas Barbecue Masterclass, is where to come for a major brisket fix; for delectable roasted meats there is the Cantonese Barbecue Masterclass; the Thai Barbecue Masterclass teaches regional fire-cooked dishes; our Fish Barbecue Class and Steak Barbecue Class are ingredient-led classes; and finally, our winter-only Christmas Barbecue class is turkey central (and a lot more!). We also run bespoke private barbecue classes at the School.
